Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in roof insulation installation or similar work.

VCA certification.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

European passport or valid work permit in the Netherlands.

English level A2/B1.

Valid driver’s license (B) preferred but not mandatory.

Safety boots are mandatory.

Technical skills in using tools such as a torch and thermal mesh.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Good physical condition, as the role involves standing and working outdoors.

Strong awareness of workplace safety standards.

Teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:

Preparing the work area, including cleaning and securing flat roof surfaces.

Installing insulation materials using appropriate techniques, such as torching mesh.

Inspecting and maintaining tools and equipment.

Following workplace safety standards and regulations.

Collaborating with team members to ensure efficiency and high-quality results.
Employment Details:

Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Location: Gemert and Uden

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (45-minute break).
