What needs to be arranged before someone can start?

Before a worker starts, we make sure everything is ready, from contracts to candidate selection and preparation. Here’s how it works:

  1. Job & request intake
We discuss your needs: job type, number of workers, hours, location, and responsibilities.

  2. Formal agreement
We sign an assignment agreement with clear terms, rates, and the correct wage classification (inlenersbeloning).

  3. Determine wage classification
Based on your CLA or internal terms, we determine the applicable wages and benefits.

  4. Provide administrative documents
We ask for company details, work schedules, job descriptions, and CLA-related info.

  5. Search & selection
We search for suitable candidates and send you profiles for approval.

  6. Arrange housing & transport (if applicable)
If needed, we arrange housing and daily transport prior to the worker’s arrival.

  7. Prepare & inform the worker
We provide information about the job, clothing, hours, safety, and expectations.

  8. Placement & onboarding
After your approval, we schedule the start. On day one, we offer on-site support to ensure a smooth beginning.
