At People Work Service, we highly value professionalism and quality. That’s why we hold several certifications and are affiliated with various industry bodies and networks that safeguard our standards.
We operate in accordance with the rules and standards of ABU, NEN 4400-1, and SNA — ensuring everything is done according to Dutch labor laws.

ABU – General Association of Temporary Employment Agencies

ABU has been the leading representative body for temporary employment agencies in the Netherlands for over 55 years (since 1961). With over 560 members representing around 65% of the market, it is the largest employers’ organization in the sector.
ABU members help more than 770,000 temporary workers find jobs each year, and support thousands of companies with flexible staffing solutions.
As an ABU member, People Work Service is periodically audited by an accredited body to guarantee compliance with the ABU collective agreement and the highest quality standards.

NEN 4400-1

NEN 4400-1 is an independent certification standard for employment agencies, overseen by the Dutch Labour Standards Foundation. It replaced older systems such as RIA, RIV, SFT, SVU, and VRO.

SNA – Labour Standards Foundation

SNA-certified agencies and contractors prove that their (personnel) administration is in order, that wage taxes and VAT are paid correctly and on time, and that their workers are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands.
This quality mark protects clients from liability for unpaid taxes and wages, and prevents fines for working with undocumented or falsely identified individuals.
